Founding offer: our first five businesses pay half price for their first 12 months.
One-off set-up from £99 (free for founding businesses). Minimum three months, then month to month with one month's notice. Pay by Direct Debit or bank transfer. Your own web address, if you'd like one, costs what we pay for it (about £10 a year).
Questions
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We build the whole site for you. Afterwards, changing a price or your opening hours is as easy as filling in a form on your phone - and if you'd rather, just tell us and we'll do it.
How long does it take?
Usually about a week from when we have your details, photos and prices. You see it and say yes before anyone else does.
I only have a Facebook page. Is that a problem?
Not at all - that's where most of our clients start. We can use what's on your page to get going, and link the two together.
Do you take a cut of my bookings or orders?
No. You pay one monthly price. Customers pay you directly, the way they do now.
Can I use my own web address?
Yes. Your site comes with a free address (yourname.sivsites.co.uk), or you can use your own, like yourshop.co.uk. If you don't have one, we'll help you get one - it's yours, and costs about £10 a year.
What if I want to leave?
Give us a month's notice after the first three months. We'll give you a copy of your information and help move your web address. No penalties.
What about my customers' information?
It's kept securely, backed up every night, and never sold or used for anything else. Each site comes with a privacy page for your customers.
