This notice covers sivsites.co.uk, the website of Siv. It explains what we do with information you send us here. (Each business website made with Siv has its own privacy notice, from that business.)

What we collect and why

If you use the "Get in touch" form, we keep your name, business name, type of business, town, phone number, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and talk about your enquiry - our lawful basis is that you asked us to (legitimate interests / steps before a contract).

We don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list. We'll only send you marketing if you've agreed to it.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask. If you do, we keep them as part of your client record.

Cookies and visitors

This website doesn't use cookies or tracking.

Who looks after it

The website runs on our own server, with Cloudflare providing the secure connection. Information is kept in the UK.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you, by emailing [email protected] or using the form on the home page. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
